7 Ceas uses the details you submit to manage appointments and respond to enquiries. The website does not require a customer account.
Security
Customer names, phone numbers, email addresses and notes are encrypted by the application before being stored in the website database. Administrative access is protected by authenticated sessions, CSRF protection and rate-limited sign-in.
Functional storage
The site remembers your chosen branch on your device so you do not need to select it every visit. Essential session cookies are used for security and form protection.
Visit statistics
To understand how many people visit the website, we count page views after an invisible Google reCAPTCHA check confirms the visit is from a real person. For each counted visit we keep the page viewed, an approximate location (country and city, worked out from your IP address), your device type, browser, language and the website you came from. Your IP address itself is not stored: it is used once for the location lookup and kept only as a one-way hash that cannot be reversed. No advertising or tracking cookies are used, and visits are not counted if your browser sends a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal. Visit records are deleted after 180 days.
